现代产业的发展必然会推动经济增长和人才需求结构的变化,而这一变化在一定程度上依赖于学科专业结构的设置。这就要求各高校根据本区域的产业结构调整学科专业结构,以优化学科专业布局、提高人才培养质量。对于吉林省化学化工类学科专业结构优化而言,本文从其自身特点着手,分析发展现代产业对学科发展存在的挑战及其学科专业结构与现代产业需求的偏差,并在此基础上,进一步提出吉林省化学化工类学科专业结构优化对策与建议。

The development of modem industry will promote economic growth and the changes of talent demanding stm cture,to some extent,the changes depend on the setting structure of subjects and majors. This requires all the colleges and universities to adjust discipline str cture according to the industrial str cture in its own region, at last, reach the target to optimize the layout of professional disciplines, improve the quality of talent training. For the optimization of chemistry and chemical engineering discipline and specially stm cture in Jilin Province, the article is mainly from its characteristics, analysis on the challenges of the development of modern industry to the discipline developing and deviations of subject structure and modem industrial demanding, and on this basis, put forward countermeasures and suggestions of optimization of chemistry and chemical engineering discipline and slaecialtv structure in Jilin Province.
