The contents and characteristics of computational methods course are introduced in this paper. Combined with the teaching reality of computational methods course for computer science and technology specialty, this paper discusses the measures of teaching method reform from two aspects of theoretical teaching and practical teaching, so as to improve teaching quality and the students＂ ability of realizing algorithm.
