本文对中外合作办学的历史及现状做以简单介绍。同时探讨了省级高校中外合作办学的对策,指出发展和规范中外合作办学,核心是引进外国优质教育资源,培养学生成为高素质、创新型人才以适应地方经济建设需要。

This paper introduces the history and current situation of cooperative education with foreign universities. It also discusses joint educational countermeasures at the provincial level. It points out that the core for Sino-foreign cooperation in running school is the introduction of high quality foreign educational resources. The purpose is to cultivate the students into high quality, innovative talents to meet the need of economic construction.
