对高等院校国际化办学模式的几点建议

Thoughts on the Internationalization Mode of Higher Education

新时期全球范围内的国际交流与合作是促进世界高等教育国际化的主要手段和途径。与传统高等教育国际化有别的是新时期高等教育国际化更加突出了跨国高等教育活动这一特点。在教育服务贸易的推动下,形成了跨国高等教育之势。其在中国的实践-中外合作办学由此形成并迅速发展。本文以高等教育国际化为研究背景,阐述了我国高等教育国际化的现状,总结了中外合作办学模式,并就中外合作办学模式的有效性提出自己的建议。

The international exchange and cooperation among the world in the new period is the main means and an effective way to promote the internationalization of higher education. Characteristics that are different from traditional higher education is the internationalization of higher education in the new period. Driven by educational service, the transnational higher education occurred. Its practice in China - the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools has formed and developed rapidly. Based on higher education internationalization this paper analyze the status of China~ higher education internationalization, it puts forward the model of Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools, and give the ideas about the effectiveness of the Chinese-foreign cooperation in running schools
