摘要
论述了卤代蔗糖甜味剂的应用和研究发展进程 ;分析了卤代蔗糖的结构与甜度的关系 。
Introduced the application and the research process of halo substituted sucrose derivatives as sweetening. Analyzed the relationship between the structure and the sweetness, investigated the synthesis of halo substituted sucrose derivatives.
