术中使用冰帽对OPCABG术后患者早期认知功能的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非体外循环冠状动脉旁路移植(OPCABG)术中使用电子冰帽对患者术后早期认知功能的影响。方法将50例行OPCABG患者随机分为两组各25例。观察组术中使用电子冰帽,对照组术中不使用电子冰帽。两组均在术前1d和术后3d采用精神状态简易速检表(MMSE)进行认知功能测试。结果两组术后3dMMSE评分均下降,观察组术后3dMMSE评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组术后3dPOCD发生率为40.0%,低于对照组(64.0%)。结论OPCABG术中使用电子冰帽可在一定程度上维护术后早期认知功能。 Objective To investigate effects of mild hypothermia during surgery on early postoperative cognitive function of patients undergoing off pump coronary artery bypass grafting (OPCABG).Methods Fifty patients undergoing OPCABG were randomly di vided into two groups of 25 using an electronic ice cap to cool the head and skull in the observation group or not in the control group.The Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE) was used to test cognitive function one day before surgery and on postoperative day 3.Results The MMSE scores on postoperative day 3 decreased in both groups,and the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P<0.05).The incidence of postoperative cognitive dysfunction on postoperative day 3 in the observation group was lower than that in the control group (40.0% vs.64.0%).Conclusion Use of electronic ice caps during OPCABG can maintain early postoperative cognitive function.
