校企合作环境下思想政治教育的实践与思考

Practice and Research of the Moral Education for Voctional Schools

以某职业技术学院校企合作共建的汽车学院为例,探讨了将校企双方管理团队、教学团队、教学资源和招生就业融合的新型办学模式。分析了在校企合作环境下,思想政治教育中存在的问题和原因,并就如何加强思想政治教育提出了对策。

Using the practice in a higher vocational school as an example,this paper studies the creative school-running model based on the co-operation between an Automobile College and a corporation,which explores such important elements as its management teams,teaching teams,teaching resource,as well as students＇ enrollment and employment.This paper also studies the problems and the causes of moral education facing the school-enterprise cooperation.It also proposes a plan to strengthen the moral education accordingly.
