左金丸合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗慢性浅表性胃炎32例疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating 32 cases of CSG with the ZuoJin pills plus modified Banxia Houpu decoction

目的：观察左金丸合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗厦性浅表性胃炎（CSG）的疗效。方法：对我院2010年1月~2012年12月门诊和住院收治的64例CSG患者随机分为两组，治疗组和对照组，对照组给予常规西药治疗，治疗组使用左金丸合半夏厚朴汤加减治疗。结果：治疗组的I临床疗效明显优于对照组，比较有统计学差异（P〈0．05），治疗组的幽门螺杆菌（Hp）阴转率81．3％，总有效率91％；对照组的Hp阴转率53．1％，总有效率72％。结论：左金丸合半夏厚朴汤有明显改善CSG症状，清除Hp，促进胃粘膜炎症消散和恢复的作用，值得推广应用。

Objective： To observe the effect of ZuoJin pills plus Banxia Houpu decoction on treating chronic superficial gastritis （CSG）. Methods： 64 outpatient and hospitalization treated patients with CSG in our hospital between January 2010 and December 2010 were randomly divided into two groups, the treated group and control group, the control group was given conventional modem medicine treatment, the treated group use the ZuoJin pills plus modified Banxia Houpu decoction treatment. Results： The clinical efficacy of treated group was obviously better than the control group, two groups of comparisons statistically significant （P〈0.05）, treated group of helicobacter pylori （Hp） Yin turn rate was 81.3%, total efficiency was 91%; negative conversion ratio in the control group was 53.1%, total efficiency was 72%. Conclusion： The ZuoJin pills plus modified Banxia Houpu decoction have significantly improve the symptoms of CSG, clearing Hp, promote gastric mucosal inflammation abreaction and restore function, it is worthy of popularization and application.
