内外兼治手法正骨治疗桡骨远端骨折探析

Analysis of treating distal radius fractures with internal and external techniques orthopedic

目的:探讨分析对于桡骨远端骨折患者采用内外兼治手法正骨治疗的总体疗效,为桡骨远端骨折临床治疗工作的开展提供合理化方案。方法:回顾分析我院接受住院治疗的桡骨远端骨折患者的临床资料,按照临床治疗方式的不同分为两组,即:研究组(内外兼治手法)、对照组(复位),具体分析两组桡骨远端骨折患者的总体临床治疗效果。结果:从两组患者临床治疗总有效率来看,研究组(94.5%)明显高于对照组(72.5%),其总有效率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:对于桡骨远端骨折患者来说,采用内外兼治手法(复位、小夹板固定、内服外用中药、传统手法)的疗效更为明显,提高了桡骨远端骨折患者的生存质量以及预后效果。

Objective： To investigate and analyze the overall efficacy of internal and external techniques orthopedic on treating distal radius fractures. Methods： Clinical data of patients of hospital inpatient treatment with distal radius fractures were retrospective analyzed, according to different clinical treatment methods patients were divided into two groups, study group （internal and external techniques） and control group （reset）. The overall clinical effects of patients with distal radial fractures of the two groups were detailed analyzed. Results： To compare the total efficiency of two groups, the study group （94.5%） was significantly higher than the control group （72.5%）, the total efficiency of a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with distal radius fractures, using internal and external techniques （reset, splinting, oral topical medicine, traditional practices） have more apparent efficacy, improve the quality of life and the prognosis in patients with distal radius fractures.
