改良双钢板法治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果 被引量:7

摘要 目的:通过临床观察,探讨改良双钢板法在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折的效果。方法:选择2009年6月~2010年7月进入我院进行复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的患者68例,将其作为试验组,对其进行改良双钢板法治疗,同时选择65名进入我院进行复杂胫骨平台骨折治疗的患者,将其作为对照组,进行普通的双钢板法治疗,对两组的临床效果进行严格的观察、记录。结果:经过对全部患者1~2年的随访,结果显示,患者的骨折全部治愈。采用Merchant评分标准评定,结果发现,试验纽膝关节功能优43例,良19例,可5例,差1例,优良率为98.53%,对照组膝关节功能优30例,良20例,可5例,差10例,优良率为84.62%,两组相比,差异明显(P〈O.05),具有统计学意义。结论:使用改良双钢板法在治疗复杂胫骨平台骨折中有良好的临床效果,值得大力推广。 Objective: Through clinical observation, to investigate the improved double plate fixation in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fractures. Methods: From June 2009 to July 2010 in our hospital in July to enter the complex tibial plateau fractures treated 68 patients, as the experimental group, were treated with improved doubl plate fixation on it, at the same time 65 patients into our hospital for treatment of patients with complex tibial plateau fractures, as control group, double plate method for the general observe, record, strictly for the clinical effects of two groups. Results: After 1 ~2 years of follow-up, the results display, fracture were all cured. According to Merchant score standard, the results found, the test group of knee joint function was excellent in 43 cases, good in 19 cases, acceptable in 5 cases, poor in 1 cases, the excellent and good rate was 98.53%, the control group of knee joint function was excellent in 30 cases, good in 20 cases, 5 cases, poor in 10 cases, the excellent and good rate was 84.62%, compared to the two groups, significant difference (P〈0.05), with statistical significance. Conclusion: The use of the improved doubl plate fixation has a good clinical effect in the treatment of complex tibial plateau fracture, it is worth to popularize.
