肥胖2型糖尿病中医证型频数分析

Analysis of TCM syndromes of obese type 2 diabetes frequency

目的:通过文献分析,初步总结出肥胖2型糖尿病证型分布特点。方法:采用人工检索和计算机检索相结合的方法,对2005~2013年肥胖2型糖尿病相关文献进行整理,运用频率分析的方法进行分析。结果:共搜集合格文献34篇,出现频率较多的证型依次为脾虚痰湿(30.0%)、湿热困脾(20.0%)、气滞痰阻(18.6%)、肝胃郁热(11.4%)、中满内热(7.1%)、阴虚燥热(5.7%)、气阴两虚(4.3%)、阴阳两虚(2.9%)。结论:文献分析所总结出的肥胖2型糖尿病常见证型,可为进一步研究提供参考,为临床对本病的诊疗提供新的思路。

Objective： Through analysis of the literature, it summarized the distribution characteristics of obese type 2 diabetic syndrome. Methods： To use the methods of the combination of artificial retrieval and computer retrieval, finishing on 2005~2013 obese type 2 diabetes related literature, by using the method of frequency analysis. Results： Collected a total of 34 qualified papers, Syndrome of high f^equency are Pixu Tanshi （30%）, Shire Kunpi （20%）, Qizhi Tanzu （18.6%）, Ganwei Yure （11.4%）, Zhongman Neire （7.1%）, Yinxu Zaore （5.7%）, Qiyin Liangxu （4.3%） Yinyang Liangxu （2.9%）. Conclusion： Common types of literature analysis of obesity and type 2 diabetes mellitus can provide a reference for the further research, to provide new ideas for treatment of this disease.
