中医药对骨折早期肿胀治疗的研究进展

A review on treating the early bone fracture swelling in TCM

骨折早期常常合并局部血管损伤,导致脉络阻塞,血溢脉外,引起骨折部位软组织肿胀、疼痛,有时可产生张力性水泡。对局部静脉和动脉血液循环造成影响。早期肿胀与疼痛呈正相关。肿胀不仅会使疼痛加剧,同时还会对手术的如期治疗带来影响,增加术后感染、皮肤坏死、骨折不愈合等并发症的发生,因此临床骨科早期肿胀的治疗是我们研究的重点之一。中医药对于骨折早期肿胀治疗的历史源远流长,而且也有独到的疗法、并取得较好效果,笔者查阅相关文献,对中医药治疗骨折早期肿胀的方法及有效性进行综述和探讨。

Early bone fraeture often combined local vascular injury, leading to context obstruction, blood overflow pulse, causing the fracture site and soft tissue swelling, pain, and sometimes can produce tension blisters. The local venous and arterial blood circulations are affected. Early swelling and pain were positively correlated. Swelling will not only make the pain worse, while also scheduled for surgery treatment impact, increased postoperative infection, skin necrosis, nonunion and other complications, thus swelling the early clinical orthopedic treatment is one of the focuses of our research. TCM for the treatment of early fracture swelling has a long history, but also has a unique therapy, and achieved good results, the authors refer to the relevant literature on Chinese medicine treatment of fractures and effectiveness of early swelling method are reviewed and discussed.
