深化两岸闽南民间信俗交流的对策

Countermeasures to Deepen Cross-strait Exchanges of Minnan Folk Beliefs and Customs

自20世纪80年代中后期以来,海峡两岸闽南民间信俗交流经历了单向交流、双向互动、交流深化并向政治、经济领域扩展等阶段,并呈现出交流规模扩大化、交流内容多元化、交流活动迈向学术化等特点,但也存在思想认识不到位、法律地位不明确、政策措施不配套、"各自为政"现象突出、交流缺乏有效的协作机制和创新机制等问题。解决之策主要有:解放思想,提高认识;出台相关政策法规,明确民间信仰的法律地位;创新对台交流工作机制;打造闽南民间信俗文化品牌,促进两岸产业、文化旅游的发展;加强对闽南民间信俗文化的学术研究,提升交流层次等。

Since the late 1980s, exchanges of Minnan folk beliefs and customs cross the Taiwan Strait experienced a civil folk one-way communication, two-way interaction, communication and deepened political economic expansion phas- es, showing not only the scale of magnification exchanges from content multiple orientation to academic exchange activi- ties, etc., but also many issues like the ideological understanding, the unclear legal status, the matching policy, ＂act of one＇s own free will＂ phenomenon, lack of effective cooperative and innovative mechanism ctc.The solution strategies are： emancipating the mind, awareness raising; promulgating relevant policies and regulations, a clear legal status of folk be- liefs; innovative working mechanism exchanges with Taiwan; building local folk belief and customs culture brand, and pro- moting the development of cross-strait industry, cultural tourism ; strengthen academic research on the folk belief and cus- toms culture of South Fujian, to enhance the exchange level, etc.
