幸福100（杜仲叶提取物）替代抗生素对断奶仔猪生长性能的影响

The Influence of Cortex Eucommiae Leaf Extract （ Happiness 100） as an Alternative to Antibiotics on Growth Performance in Weaned Piglets

以杜长大三元杂交仔猪为对象，观察幸福100替代抗生素对断奶仔猪生产性能的影响。选择160头断奶仔猪进行试验，分为2个处理组，每组4个重复，每个重复20头仔猪。对照组和试验组基础日粮相同，对照组添加抗生素，试验组添加250mg／kg幸福100替代抗生素。结果表明：与对照组相比，试验组日增重提高5％，料肉比降低5％，日采食量变化不明显，生产成本降低0．26元／kg。因此，在断奶仔猪日粮中使用幸福100替代抗生素可以改善仔猪的生产性能，降低生产成本。

Duroc × Landrace × Yorkshire piglets were selected as research subjects in the test, to observe the effects of happiness 100 as an alternative to antibiotics on production perform- ance of weaned piglets. 160 weaned piglets were selected, and divided into 2 groups, with 4 repeats in each group, 20 piglets in a repeat. The control group and the experimental group feeded with the same basic diet, while diets of the control group was added with antibiotics, and diets of treatment group was added with happiness 100（250 mg/kg）as an alternative to antibiotics. The results showed that, compared with the control group, daily gain of the test group increased by 5% , feed conversion ratio decreased by 5% , daily feed intake did not change significantly, cost decreased by 0.26 yuan/kg. Therefore, happiness 100 as an alternative to antibiotics in weaned piglets was feasible, it can improve the production performance of piglets, and reduce the cost of making meat.
