摘要
针对拜耳法氧化铝生产流程中有机物杂质的富集对生产的诸多不利影响,进行了大量实验研究来探究解决方法。去除草酸根方面提出在氢氧化铝洗液中加入一定量的石灰乳,也可以将氢氧化铝洗液蒸发到NT120g/L左右,加有效钙30~40g/L,搅拌2h,去除液不分离进入赤泥洗槽。去除碳酸钠方面采用结晶析盐,在蒸发后期将液碱加入蒸发种分母液来提高母液ακ,改善碳酸钠结晶形态,解决生产上出现的结硬堵塞管道的问题。
A lot of test studies were performed to find a solution to weaken or eliminate the negative effects of organic matter impurites during the Bayer alumina production flow. Adding a certain amount of lime milk into the aluminum hydroxide washing liquor, or evaporating aluminum hydroxide washing liquor to roughly NT120 g/L, adding effective calcium of 30 -40 g/L, stirring for 2 h, the removing liquor en- ters into red mud washing tank without separation to remove oxalate. In order to remove sodium carbon- ate, the crystallization salting process was adopted, the liquid alkali was added in evaporated seed preg- nant solution to increase mother liquor ak, and to improve crystallizing morphology of sodium carbonate, to solve the problems of hard scale formation blocking the pipeline.
