摘要
分析了有色冶炼厂处理含硫尾气通常采用的方法和特点,介绍了锌冶炼厂采用氧化锌法的脱硫原理、工艺流程、吸收设备选择及PH值控制、吸收剂比较、亚硫酸锌处理等,提出了使用氧化锌法脱硫技术应注意的问题。
In this paper the common flue gas desulfurization（FGD） technologies and their characters are described. The reaction principle, process, selection of absorbing device, PH value control, selection of absorbent, treatment of zinc sulfite, etc. of zinc oxide FGD technology for zinc smelters are presented emphatically. And the considerable problems of using zinc oxide FGD technic are introduced.
