惠州收入分配问题研究

Research on Income Distribution in Huizhou

通过对惠州近年来收入分配现状的系统分析,发现惠州居民可支配收入增长长期低于GDP增长,城乡居民收入差距呈现出逐年下降趋势,但地区之间、行业之间、居民内部收入差距还比较大。原因是地区发展不平衡,收入来源多元化,社会保障支出较低,税收调节功能不足等。因此在采用经济手段调节收入分配、着力缩小地区发展差异、实现区域经济协调发展的同时,打破垄断、促进市场公平竞争。

Based on analysis of the relevant income distribution data of Huizhou, the article finds that the Huizhou residents＇ disposable income growth has for a long time been lower than the GDP growth, the urban-rural income gap shows a downward trend year by year, but the income gap is relatively large between areas, industries, and residents. The reason is the imbalance of regional development, in- come diversification, low social security expenditure, and tax regulation insufficiency, etc. Therefore ,we should regulate the distribution of income in the use of economic instruments, and at the same time take measures to reduce regional development difference, realize the coordinated development of regional economy, break the monopoly, and promote fair competition in the market.
