飞地压扩系统农村应用及工程造价对比分析

摘要 针对农村地区网络建设中所存在的问题,提出了飞地压扩系统的概念。通过介绍飞地压扩系统的原理和技术特点、我国150~250MHz频段资源使用情况以及飞地压扩系统信号传播特性,详细分析了飞地压扩系统与其他技术的优劣以及工程造价对比,可快速、有效地提升网络覆盖水平,加快农村移动网网络建设。 To solve the problems of network construction in rural areas, the concept of Enclave Companding System (ECS) is proposed. By introducing the principles and technical characteristics of this system, the usage of frequency band from 150M to 230MHz in China, and signal propagation characteristics of ECS, ECS and other technologies are compared of which advantages and deficiencies as well as project budget are analyzed in-depth. The ECS is proved to be faster and more efficient in achieving better coverage of network, which promotes mobile network construction in rural areas.
