摘要
近几年,大量来自民间个体的影像在互联网上不同程度地推动了新媒体事件的发展和转折,成为普通受众参与公共事件的有效手段,也为学界讨论网络的政治与社会功能提供了新的视角。从公民社会的理论视角看,民间影像作为一种极易解读的语言代码,首先是一种民间意识形态的自我呈现和多向度、多层次的复调式影像话语叙事,逐步消解过去单向度主流意识形态霸权;其次,"民间影像"以一种真实"在场"的方式重新呈现历史事实,为受众在公共领域的社会公共事件讨论提供了多维度"在场的事实",因此有利于人们在互联网所建构的公共领域里的理性交流,促进国家与社会的"良性互动",最终促进公民社会的建构。
In recent years, a large number of videos produced by the folks have developed and changed the New Media Events to varying degrees. They have become an effective approach for ordinary people to take part in public affairs and have provided a new perspective for the discussion on the political and social functions of the internet. This essay, from the perspective of civil society theory, holds that folk video, as a language code which could be easily decoded, firstly, is the self-presentation of folk ideology, and a multi-dimensional, multilayered polyphonic video narrative which gradually eliminates the traditional one-dimensional mainstream ideological hegemony. Secondly, by 'being present', folk video represents the historical reality, providing a multi-dimensional actuality of 'being present' for the public discussion of public affairs. Therefore, folk video is beneficial to the rational communication in the public sphere constructed by the internet and to the benign interaction between state and society, and it will promote democratization of discourse power, and thus to promotes the construction of civil society.
