摘要
文章对于不同底物(含氮含硫猪场废水、含氮猪场废水通沼气)、不同接种污泥(厌氧污泥、好氧污泥)和不同微生物培养方式(悬浮培养、附着培养)驯化获得的同步脱氮除硫污泥,应用变性梯度凝胶电泳(DGGE)法比较不同驯化条件下同步脱氮脱硫耦联系统微生物种群差异,取得了较好的分离效果,显示了4种驯化方式脱氮脱硫耦联污泥系统中的微生物多样性。经鉴定得知优势种群为埃希氏-志贺菌属(Escherichia-Shigella)。
Microbial population differences of simultaneous denitrification and desulfuration sludge obtained under different acclimation conditions as different substrates ( pig farm wastes containing both nitrogen and sulfur, nitrogenous pig wastes treated with biogas), different inoculation sludge (anaerobic sludge, aerobic sludge) and different way of culturing (sus- pension culture, adherent cultivation), were analyzed through DGGE method. The method obtained a good separation effect, and showed the microbial'diversity in denitrifieation and desulfuration coupling system obtained from different accli- mation conditions. And Escherichia-Shigella was identified as dominant species.
