工业碳排放与工业产值的脱钩关系研究

Decoupling Relationship Research of Industrial Carbon Emissions and Industrial Output

利用现有脱钩理论研究,构建脱钩指数分析模型,探讨2001—2010年我国工业产值与工业碳排放量的脱钩关系状况。研究发现,2001—2010年我国工业产值与工业碳排放量整体处于相对脱钩状态,且仍将持续,脱钩比率存在一定的波动,距离实现完全脱钩还有一定差距。为此,国家应加快节能减排步伐,进一步实现工业产值与工业碳排放的脱钩发展。

This paper under the decoupling theory research, built the decoupling index analysis model to discuss the decoupling relationship be- tween industrial carbon emissions and output from 2001 to 2010. The authors found that between 2001 and 2010, Chinese industrial output and indus- trial carbon emissions was relatively decoupled state as a whole and the relative decoupling trend would continue, it meant that industrial ennergy con- servation achieved some success, at the same time there was some gap from the complete decoupling. Therefore, it was necessary for promoting energy conservation to anehieve decoupling development between industrial carbon emissions and industrial output.
