摘要
以高速加工中使用最频繁的立铣刀铣削为研究对象,采用经典力学理论和金属切削理论准确建立切削力的数学模型。利用该模型,可对不同切削因素下的铣削特征参数进行预测,并为切削参数的合理优化和实际生产提供参考。
high speed milling process used the most frequent vertical milling cutter in milling as the research object, USES the classical mechanics theory and metal cutting theory to establish accurate mathematical model of cutting force, U- sing this model, in different cutting factors on the milling process of the characteristic parameters were prediction, cutting parameters optimization and reasonable guide industrial production has the important practical significance.
