摘要
为了提高剃削效率并解决盘形剃齿刀齿形中凹现象,提出一种新型双头蜗杆式剃齿刀。刃磨时用圆弧拟合蜗杆式剃齿刀渐开线蜗杆端截面齿形,应用最优化方法中的单纯形法并通过计算机优化计算,使拟合圆弧产生的拟合误差达到最小。
In order to improve the efficiency of shaving and disk - shaped shaving cutter tooth concave phenomenon, a new type of the double - thread worm - shaving cutter is presented. The arc fitting worm shaving cutter involute worm - sectional tooth is adopted when sharpening. The simplex method in the optimization method and computer optimization cal- culation are used, which make fitting errors generated by fitting are is reduced to a minimum.
