摘要文章以2001—2011年ISI的Web of Science所收录的关于信息用户研究的论文作为数据源,借助CitespaceⅡ软件对相关文献的分布年度、学科、地区和作者等数据进行分析处理,以知识图谱的方式对信息用户研究的核心作者、研究热点和前沿进行分析,从而直观地揭示信息用户研究现状和发展趋势。
