摘要
设计一种适用于海洋环境监测领域的船载海水样品采集专用电动绞车,在结构组成、控制原理、软件设计和防腐设计等方面做了详细介绍。绞车是水样采集系统的重要组成部分,利用远端控制技术可实现绞车的自动控制,完成海水样品的采集。实验表明,该绞车操作方便、工作稳定,能大大减轻实验人员的劳动强度。
A kind of special electric winch for shipborne seawater sampling was mentioned, which is suitable in the field of marine environmental monitoring. Structure, control principle, software design and anticorrosion design were introduced in detail especially. The winch is an important part of seawater sampling. The remote control technology was used to realize automatic control and complete the seawater sample collection. The experimental results show that the winch worked steadily, reliably and operationally in experimentation and relieved the labor intensity of experimenters.
