摘要
针对120阀主阀体和滑阀套锥面配合的气密性失效问题,分析了气密性失效的产生原因,提出了在同一设备上对主阀体锥孔进行车磨加工和对滑阀套精车加工的解决方案,验证效果表明此工艺能有效消除主阀体气路边缘的局部高点,且保证了二者配合锥度的一致性,从而提高了二者锥面配合的气密性。
The locomotive overhaul field trial operation was a comprehensive inspection of the basic performance of the locomotive, as well as the safety critical acceptance project, but the field trial operation was difficult to arrange test route, and experimental projects was not verified completely. In this paper, the feasibility of using the special line instead of field trial operation was demonstrated through the analysis of the locomo- tive field trial operation validation project, and the further improvement and optimization were put forward.
