网络时代,凭借高科技手段,人们对于他人隐私的获取变得轻而易举,侵犯他人隐私权的行为时有发生。人肉搜索是近年来互联网上兴起的一种资料收集的方式,它在舆论监督方面发挥着积极的作用,但也极易侵犯公民隐私权。本文试图从公民政治权利行使和隐私权保护博弈的角度出发,思考寻找引导人肉搜索健康发展的途径,以期保障公民的合法权益。

In the Internet age, relying on high-tech means, people can easily get others＇ privacy, and therefore, actions of violation of citizen＇s privacy right happened from time to time. This article attempts to perceive the gambling of citizens＇ exercise of political rights and privacy protection, and seek for ways to guide the healthy development of internet mass hunting, in order to protect the legitimate fights and interests of citizens.
