REFLECTIONS ON THE PLANNING FOR COMPREHENSIVE, LONG-TERM, AND COSTEFFICIENT COMMUNITY-BASED AGING SERVICE FACILITY SYSTEM

居家养老和社区养老的质量,依托全面连续的社区养老服务体系。然而,限于巨大的养老保障压力,在有限财政支持的条件下,应探索集约高效的社区养老设施发展道路。本文详尽剖析了美国马萨诸塞州剑桥市社区养老设施及空间布局,进而着力探讨两方面内容:一是能够导向全面连续社区养老服务的设施发展框架,二是集约高效的社区养老服务设施空间支持方法。

The quality and in communities relies of old-age care at home on a comprehensive and long-term community-based aging service system. However, limited by the highly tight budget for the elderly, the cost-efficient development path should be explored. The paper elaborates on the community-based aging service facilities and their spatial distribution in Cambridge City of Massachusetts, the United States, and then focuses its analysis on the following two aspects： one is to explore the development framework for the comprehensive, long-term community-based aging service facilities; the other is to explore the cost- efficient spatial support method for the community- based aging service facilities.
