医学生生命意义感与核心自我评价、应对方式的关系研究 被引量:11

摘要 采用生命意义感量表、核心自我评价量表以及简易应对方式量表对350名医学生进行了问卷调查,探讨医学生生命意义感现状及其与核心自我评价、应对方式的关系,为提高医学生生命意义感提供依据。结果表明:(1)医学生生命意义感偏低,其中37.46%的医学生明显缺乏生命意义感,57.78%的医学生对生命意义与目标不确定;(2)医学生生命意义感与核心自我评价、积极应对方式均呈显著正相关,与消极应对方式呈显著负相关。(3)逐步回归分析表明,核心自我评价和积极应对方式是预测生命意义感的主要因素。 A total of 350 medical students were investigated by using PIL, CSES and SCSQ, so that the relationship of life meaning, core self-evaluations and coping style were explored among medical students to provide evidences for improving life meaning among them. Results : The life meaning was generally low among medical students. 37.46 % of them are apparently lacking life meaning. 57. 78% of them are unsure of their life meaning and the target. There was significant positive correlation between life meaning and core self-evaluations, positive coping style, and there was a significant negative correlation between life meaning and negative coping style. Regressive analysis demonstrated that core self-evaluations and positive coping style are the key predictive factors for life meaning.
