PBL教学法在社区临床实习中的实践

摘要 目的:探讨PBL教学法在社区临床实习过程中的应用价值。方法:将60名临床实习生随机分成2组,每组30名。实验组(P组)实施PBL教学法,对照组(L组)实施传统教学法,在实习结束后,对2组学生进行试卷、实践技能操作考试和问卷调查,进而对2种教学法进行比较。结果:PBL教学法与传统教学法相比较,P组学生的成绩及教学法评价均明显优于L组学生。结论:PBL教学法在社区临床实习教学中,能充分发挥社区全科医生的知识全面性,学生能充分领悟到学科之间的交叉渗透,激发学生自主学习能力,培养学生独立分析解决问题能力,显著提高了学生的实践能力,促进了实习生由学生向医生角色转变的过程。 Objective : To explore the application value of PBL in the practice of clinical community. Methods : 60 clinical interns were randomly divided into 2 groups, 30 members each group. PBL teaching method was implemented on the treatment group (group P) and the traditional teaching method was implemented on control group (group L). At the end of the internship, paper test, practice operation skills test and questionnaire survey were carried out on 2 groups, and the two kinds of teaching methods were compared. Results : Compared with traditional teaching method, students performance and teaching evaluation of group P were significantly better than group L. Conclusion : PBL is an ideal method in the practice of clinical community, which can give full play to the comprehensive knowledge of GP, students'self-learning ability was stimulated, and the ability to analyze and solve problems was trained, the students'practical ability was improved evidently, and the transition process from interns to doctors was promoted.
