摘要
目的:人本护理教育在实践教学中的应用;方法:采用问卷形式对护士及实习护生进行人本护理教育。以学校附属第二临床学院的护士及实习护生为调查对象,2004年级大专护生和2003级本科护生为调查对象,进行随机调查;结果:实验组测试结果与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);结论:人本护理教育在实践教学中的应用可提高护生优质护理服务水平。
Objective: To apply humanistic nursing education in teaching practice. Methods: A questionnaire was conducted on nurses and practice of humanistic care education for nursing students. Nurses and nursing students, from Second Clinical College Affiliated to the college, served as the research object. Grade 2004 junior college nursing students and 2003 undergraduate nursing students were investigated as the research objects Results : Comparing test results with the control, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion : The application of humanistic nursing education in the practice teaching can improve the level of service quality of nursing students.
