摘要
目的:探索网络环境下以问题为基础的教学法(WPBL)对于提高急重症护理学的教学效果的作用。方法:随机选取两个班级,一个为对照组,一个为实验组,各50人;对照组实施传统教学模式,实验组实施WPBL教学模式。结果:实验组护生理论成绩、综合急救技能和批判性思维能力评分显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:WPBL教学法有助于提高护生的综合急救能力。
Objective : To explore the web problem-based learning to improve the teaching effect of emergency and critical care nursing in network environment. Methods : Two classes were selected randomly, one control group and the other experimental group, with each group having 50 students. The control group was given traditional teaching methods, the experimental group was subjected to web-based PBL teaching. Results : The experimental group has higher cores of theoretical examination, abilities of comprehensive first-aid and critial thinking than the control group ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion : The web-based PBL teaching contributes to improve the comprehensive first-aid abilities.
