摘要
根据高精度光电位置灵敏探测器(PSD)的工作原理及输出特性,设计并搭建了一套基于单片机技术的PSD输出信号数字采集电路。通过Atmega16型单片机控制AD1674模/数转换、AD7501多路转换等实现对PSD输出模拟信号的数字化转换和采集。电路结构简单、成本低廉、体积较小,广泛适用于各实验室的PSD输出信号采集模拟实验,为进一步研究PSD性能及应用奠定基础。
According to the working principle and output characteristics of high-accuracy position sensitive detector (PSD),a digital acquisition circuit for PSD output signal was designed and built based on SCM technology. Its functions of digi-tal conversion and acquisition for PSD output analog signal are realized by Atmega16 SCM,which controls the analog-to-digital conversion chip AD1674 and multiplex conversion chip AD7501. The circuit′s structure is simple,volume is small and cost is low. It is widely used in experiments of PSD output signal acquisition and simulation under the condition of laboratory. It lays the foundation for further research of PSD properties and applications.
