摘要
在分析双多频测试系统非线性特性的基础上,提出了一种快速获取被测件非线性特性的双多频测试方法。该方法首先按照系统的传输信号通道频率条件的方程,对系统的谐波次数、本振信号的谐波、中频频率等参数进行选择、处理,然后按照系数对频率进行扫描、积分。最后依据符合中频频率的输出功率绘出3D图像,获取系统的非线性特性。从而大大缩短了扫描时间,提高了扫描精度,更符合系统现场测试的需求,更具有实用性。
Based on the analysis of non-linear characteristics of double-multi-frequency test system,a new double-multi-fre-quency test method to quickly acquire the non-linear characteristics of UUT is proposed in this paper. According to the equation of the system′s transmission signal channel frequency conditions,the parameters of harmonic order,local oscillator signal har-monic and intermediate frequency are selected and processed first,and then the frequency is scanned and integrated according to the frequency coefficient. Finally the 3D images are drawn according to the output power conform to the intermediate frequen-cy,and the non-linear characteristics of UUT are acquired. The method greatly shortened the scanning time and improved the scanning precision. It is more aligned with the requirements of field testing.
