The system configuration of the electrolytic aluminum rectifier of current series 240 KA,voltage series 860 V is elaborated. The technology characteristics of profibus,digital control,human-computer interface based on touch screen,and the advanced patent technology used in the system structure are introduced,all of which applied to ELE9000-typed electrochemical rectifier regulator. The applications of those advanced technologies and process have improved the reliability,stability and ener-gy saving effect of the electrolytic rectifier system greatly,also have guaranteed the safe and economical operation of power sys-tem. Along with the widespread use of this system,the labor intensity was reduced,the level of rectifier management was im-proved and the production efficiency was greatly increased.
