摘要
以水杨酸和乙酸酐为原料,经O-酰化反应合成乙酰水杨酸,比较了草酸、柠檬酸、无水碳酸钠、三氯化铝4种不同催化剂以及反应条件对合成的影响,找到了最佳催化剂和最佳反应条件,即水杨酸(3.0g)与乙酸酐(7.5g)摩尔比为1:3,以柠檬酸为催化剂,用量为1.0g,反应时间为40min,反应温度为70℃,乙酰水杨酸产率可达89.8%。实验表明,该催化剂催化效果好,简单、快速、经济,产品质量好,适于工业化生产。
Acetyl-salicylic acid was synthesized anhydride acetic acid. The influences of four different through O-acylating reaction from salicylic acid and catalysts, such as oxalic acid, citric acid, anhydrous sodium carbonate, aluminum chloride and Vitamin C, and reaction conditions on the synthesis of acetylsalicylic acid were compared. The best catalyst and the optimal reaction condition were found, with the molar ratio of salicylic acid (3.0g) and anhydride acetic acid (7.5g) being 1:3, the best catalyst citric acid, the amount of citric acid 1.0g, the reaction time 40 minutes, and the reaction temperature 70℃. On the best reaction condition, the yield of acetyl-salicylic acid reached 89.8%. The experiment showed that catalyst had good catalytic effect on the reaction. Being simple, fast, economic and being of high quality, it was suitable for industrial producing.
