摘要
为了在探讨瑜伽课程对高校女生柔韧素质提高的作用,将羽毛球课程作为切入点进行对比,选用4项柔韧性指标对研究对象进行对比实验研究。结果发现瑜伽教学对高校女生柔韧素质的提高具有显著性,此项研究旨在为高校体育课程设置和运动实践提供参考。
In an attempt to make a contrast analysis of the role of yoga in the improvement of the flexibility of girl students, the paper chooses badminton as the pointcut to provide some references for the arrangement of physical courses in universities and sports practices. Four flexibility indexes are chosen to do the comparative experimental research. The results show that yoga plays a significant role in improving the body flexibility of girl students in universities.
