摘要
根据食品加工与保藏课程的特点,从转变课堂教学方式、重视实验教学、强化实践环节3个方面进行了课程教学模式的改革和探索,取得了良好的教学效果。
Food Processing and Preservation is a compulsory degree course tor students majoring m food science and engineering. Based on the characteristics of this course, a new teaching mode is proposed including changing teaching methods, paying more attention to experimental teaching and strengthening the practice link. As a result, it has achieved a good teaching effect.
