摘要
以国网重庆北碚供电公司的绩效管理实践为研究对象,按照绩效管理的原理和方法,系统、深入地分析电网公司,特别是地区级供电公司绩效管理的影响因素和内在规律,并对当前的绩效管理模式提出针对性的改进方案,为企业建立起绩效目标明确、组织结构合理、过程管理可控、考评体系科学、适应公司和员工发展的绩效管理体系,提供理论依据。
This essay studies the performance management in Beibei Power Supply Co. , Ltd.. Based on the principles and methods of performance management,it systematically and deeply analyzes the influencing factors and internal laws of the performance management in SGCC, especially in prefecture-level power supply companies limited. In addition, this essay also presents specific improvement schemes for current performance management mode as well as providing theoretical foundations for the establishment of a new performance management system with clear performance objectives, reasonable organizational structure, controllable process management and scientific appraisal system, which is beneficial to the development of both the companies and the employees.
