摘要
超(超)临界机组在不同水处理工况下,采用CWT方式,金属表面易形成致密氧化膜,流动加速腐蚀得到了有效抑制,给水含铁量小于1μg/L,沉积物沉积速率降低;而采用AVT方式,金属表面形成疏松氧化膜,易被冲刷,给水含铁量较高。如果给水氢电导率小于0.15uS/cm,且精处理系统运行正常,建议采用CWT方式。
Different ways of feed water treatment for the supercritical (uhra-supercritical) unit will lead to different results. When CWT is applied, the compact oxidation film is likely to form on the metallic surface, corrosion caused by the accelerated flow can be restrained effectively. When the iron content of the feed water is less than 1μg/L, the deposition rate of the sediment will reduce. When AVT is applied, the loose oxidation film is likely to form on the metallic surface, which is easily washed out. Therefore, the iron content of the feed water is higher. When the hydrogen conductivity of the feed water is less than 0.15uS/cm with the condensate polishing system in normal operation, CWT is recommended.
