摘要
高校校院两级教学督导组织,在宏观与微观、专职与兼职和导管与导教等方面既有联系又有区别。二级教学督导组织应明确定位独立地开展工作,树立"督导兼顾、以导为主"的工作理念,全面落实"督其到位,导其提高"的工作职责。
Between two levels of teaching supervision in universities, there are both connection and difference in macro & micro, full-time & part-time and guide management & guide teaching. Collegiate teaching supervision should work independently, establish a philosophy of "both inspect and guide, priority to guide", bear the duty to correct and improve teaching ability.
