摘要
研究探讨了目前普通高校教师对不同价值观的认同情况以及这些价值观如何影响着其工作满意度。通过调研发现:(1)不同性别、年龄的高校教师的价值观存在着差异;(2)高校教师的终极性核心价值观包括自我取向价值观、成就取向价值观和社会取向价值观,高校教师的认可程度依次降低;(3)高校教师的工具性核心价值观包括开放性、尽责性、进取性和传统性四类价值观,高校教师的认可程度依次降低;(4)核心价值观影响着高校教师的工作满意度。认同自我取向价值观和开放性价值观的教师表现出较低的工作满意度,而认同成就取向价值观和传统性价值观的教师则表现出较高的工作满意度。
This study aims to explore how college teachers identify values and these values relate to their job satisfaction currently. 481 college teachers were measured by Value Scale and Job Satisfaction Scale. Data analysis reveals significant differences of gender and service years on college teachers' values. For the core values of college teachers, their terminal core values includes self-oriented value, achievement-oriented value and social-oriented value which are identified by college teachers decreasingly, and their instrumental core values consist of openness, responsibility, traditionalism and enterprise values which are identified decreasingly and accordingly. In addition, this study demonstrates empirically the influence of core values on college teachers' job satisfaction, in that college teachers high in identification with self-oriented and openness values and low in achievement-orientated and traditionalism values show lower level of job satisfaction.
