摘要
在"大建港口、以港兴市"的口号下,辽宁省内港口同质化建设严重,重复建设了许多功能相同的码头。各个港口城市对海岸线进行了粗放型的开发利用,导致港口岸线资源的浪费。从辽宁省港口整合现状入手,分析其开发建设中存在的问题,通过借鉴国内外其他港口群整合的经验,提出辽宁港口群资源整合的对策建议,为辽宁省优化沿海港口资源,提高港口资源利用率,进一步发挥港口对地区经济的带动作用,推动东北老工业基地转型升级,加速大连东北亚国际航运中心建设提供参考。
In the"Dajian port,the port city"slogan,Liaoning Province port homogenization construction seriously,repeat construction the same terminal many function. Each port city is developed by extensive on the coastline,leading to port shoreline resource waste. Starting from the Liaoning port integration status,analyzes the existing problems in the development and construction,based on domestic and other ports integration experience,put forward the countermeasure and suggestion of Liaoning port group resources integration,Liaoning province for the optimization of coastal port resources,improve the utilization of the port resources,to play the leading role of port to regional econo-my,promote the northeast the old industrial base of the transformation and upgrading,and provide reference to accelerate Dalian Northeast Asia international shipping center construction.
