社区党组织是党的基层组织的重要组成部分。随着城市化快速推进,原来的农村居委会逐步转变成城市社区。此背景下,针对基层党组织的工作状况及作用发挥如何,通过对转型社区党建现状的调查及分析,总结了一些基层党组织建设中的经验及做法,对城市化进程中社区基层党组织建设工作进行了初步的探讨。

Under this background ,according to the work condi-tion of grass-roots party organizations and the role of how,through the investigation and Analysis on the present situation of transformation of community party building,summed up some of the construction of grass-roots party organizations in the experience and practice of city, in the process of community grass-roots party organization construction work carried out preliminary discussion.
