间充质干细胞应用现状及展望 被引量:5

摘要 间充质干细胞(MSC)是一种来源于组织和器官的多向分化潜能的成体干细胞,具有免疫调节、炎症趋化、组织修复功能及低免疫原性等生物学特性,在组织修复与免疫调节中发挥重要作用。目前,人们已成功地将MSC从骨髓、胎盘、脂肪组织、脐带血、肝脏等组织器官中培养出来。在正常动物中,MSC经静脉输注入体内首先移至骨髓;
