摘要
近年来,辅导员读博整体积极性不高、博导普遍不愿意招收辅导员在职读博和高校缺乏相应的机制来鼓励辅导员读博是当前辅导员学历提升面临的几大现实困境。通过建立高校辅导员学历提升三维机制、搭建服务平台以及提高辅导员学历提升的自觉性,从而有效推动辅导员队伍的专业化发展。
In recent years, college advisors have become less than eager to pursue doctoral degree, less than encouraged to pursue it by higher institutions mechanisms and less than warmly received as on- the- job candidates by doctoral tutors. To improve the situation and effective push forward advisors' professional development, efforts must be made to establish three- dimensional mechanisms for advi- sors to uplift their educational level, set up service platforms and promote advisors" consciousness of self - promotion.
