坦索罗辛联合威利坦治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效观察

Observation of effect on lower ureteral stones with tamsulosin and venostan

目的 评价坦索罗辛与威利坦联合应用治疗输尿管下段结石的疗效.方法 回顾性分析我院96例输尿管下段结石患者,结石直径为0.2~0.8 cm.将患者分为3组,每组32例.对照组：坦索罗辛0.2 mg 1次/d;试验1组：坦索罗辛0.2 mg 1次/d,加用威利坦40 mg 2次/d;试验2组：坦索罗辛0.2 mg 1次/d,加用威利坦80 mg 2次/d.治疗2周后评价治疗效果.结果 治疗2周后,对照组、试验1组及试验2组的结石排出时间分别为（8.4±3.1）d、（6.6±2.7）d和（5.9±2.7）d,对照组与2个试验组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,但2个试验组比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.对照组、试验1组与试验2组排出结石的患者分别为22例（68.8%）、29例（90.6%）、30例（93.8%）,2个试验组与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,而2个试验组间比较差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.3组中因肾绞痛而使用止痛药物治疗者分别为6例（18.8%）、4例（12.5%）、3例（9.4%）,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）.结论 联合应用坦索罗辛与威利坦治疗输尿管下段结石安全有效,能提高排石率,缩短排石时间.

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of tamsulosin combined with venostan in the treatment of lower ureteral stones. Methods 96 patients with distal ureteral calculi （ stone diameter was 0. 2 - 0. 9 cm ） in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into three groups, 32 cases in each group. Control group was given tamsulosin 0. 2 mg qd; trial group 1 was given tamsulosin 0. 2 mg qd combined with venostan 40 mg bid ; trial group 2 was given tamsulosin 0. 2 mg qd combined with venostan 80 mg bid. The therapeutic effect after 2 weeks were observed. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, the mean expulsion time of control group, trial group 1 and trial group 2 were（ 8.4 ± 3. 1 ） , （ 6. 6 ± 2. 7 ） and （ 5.9 ± 2. 7 ） d, there were significant differences between control group and trial groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , but no significant difference was found between the two trial groups （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were 22 cases（68.8% ） ,29 cases（90. 6% ）and 30 cases （93.8%）of expulsion of stones in control group, trial group 1 and trial group 2 respectively, there were significant differences in expulsion rates between control group and trial groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , and no significant difference was found between the trial groups （P 〉 0. 05 ）. There were 6 cases （ 18.8% ） ,4 cases（ 12. 5% ）and 3 cases（9. 4% ）of patients using analgesics due to renal colic in control group,trial group 1 and trail group 2 （ P 〉 0. 05 ）. Conclusion Tamsulosin combined with venostan in the treatment for lower ureteral calculi is safe and effective, it can improve stone expulsion rate, shorten expulsion time.
