暖胃止痛贴缓解静滴阿奇霉素在治疗小儿肺炎中胃肠道不良反应的疗效观察及护理体会

Clinical observation and nursing experience of warm stomach pain stick treatment for gastrointestinal adverse effects induced by azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia

目的探讨暖胃止痛贴缓解静滴阿奇霉素在治疗小儿肺炎中胃肠道不良反应的临床疗效及护理体会。方法选择2012年6-12月120例小儿肺炎患儿,随机分为2组,每组60例。治疗组在阿奇霉素治疗的同时给予暖胃止痛贴防治胃肠道不良反应,对照组仅给予阿奇霉素治疗。结果治疗后,治疗组胃肠道不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论暖胃止痛贴可以有效防治阿奇霉素静脉滴注在治疗小儿肺炎中的胃肠道不良反应,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect and nursing experience of warm stomach pain stick treatment for gastrointestinal adverse effects induced by azithromycin in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods 120 cases of infantile pneumonia patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group（ n = 60 ）was given warm stomach pain stick on the base of azithromycin, control group（ n = 60） was only given azithromycin. Results Af- ter treatment, the rate of gastrointestinal adverse effects of treatment group was less than that of control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The effect of warm stomach pain stick on gastrointestinal adverse effects of azithromycin used for treating infantile pneumonia is good, it is worthy of widely use in clinic.
