我院211份中成药说明书的调查分析

Survey and analysis on 211 instruction manuals of traditional Chinese patent medicines in our hospital

目的对中成药说明书内容的完整性进行调查,为临床安全使用中成药提供参考。方法收集我院门诊药房的中成药说明书211份,对其药品基本信息、药品质量保障信息、药品安全性信息、药品特性信息和特殊人群用药信息的标注情况进行统计分析。结果 211份中成药药品说明书中,药品基本信息和药品质量保障信息的标示率近100%;而药品安全性信息和药品特性信息匮乏,特殊人群用药信息的标注率几乎为0。同时在项目内容表述方面也存在问题。结论应加强中成药说明书规范化管理,为医师和患者合理用药提供依据。

Objective To investigate the integity of instructions of traditional Chinese patent medicines for references of safe drug use in the clinic. Methods 211 instructions of traditional Chinese patent medicines in our hospital were collected, and the basic information, the quality assurance information, safety information, characteristic information and the special populations medication information of the instruction manuals were investigated. Results The identification ratios of the basic information and the quality assurance information on drug was almost 100% , but the safety information and the characteristic information were insufficient, the identification ratios of the special populations were nearly 0, and the problems in content express still existed. Conclusion By standardizing the management on instructions of traditional Chinese patent medicines, basis for rational application of traditional Chinese patent medicines for physicians and patients in clinical practice can be provided.
