摘要
使用ABAQUS对天然气压缩机连杆进行分析,通过计算得到连杆最大拉压工况下的应力分布,确定危险截面位置,并对连杆的拉压强度进行校核,连杆瞬态分析表明最大拉伸或压缩载荷的曲轴转角即为静强度校核的危险相位。该分析为往复活塞压缩机连杆应力、应变以及疲劳寿命的研究提供了基础。
In this paper, ABAQUS was used to analyze connecting rod of natural gas compressor. Based on calculation, the stress distribution under the maximum tensile and compressive condition of connecting rod was obtained,the location of the dangerous point was identified, and the tensile and compressive strength of the connecting rod was checked. The transient analysis of connecting rod indicated that the crankshaft phase angle of the maximum tensile or compressive load was the dangerous phase of static strength checking. The analysis was the research foundation of stress, strain and fatigue lifetime of connecting rod in reciprocating piston com- pressor.
